Olympics For The Unemployed

Wednesday, April 8, 2009

The Olympics for the Unemployed was organized by Nick Goddard, a 26-year-old unemployed computer programmer who hatched the idea because he yearned for the chance to 'battle all the unemployed people for stuff.
Events included office-phone skeeball, piñata-bashing, 'Pin the Blame on the Boss,' and a 'You're Fired' race. Some 50 Olympians came from all over New York and beyond to participate.
